This free art gallery has a fantastic range of programmes. A recent success was 'Biscuit Town' where local artist Paula Roush made Peek Frean's biscuit factory come alive again, as a 'Memory Factory' installation. 'Biscuit Salon' allowed people to bring along their memories, pictures and memorabilia to the show. Free servings of special SOS OK emergency biscuits, originally distributed by Peek Frean to Parisians during rationing in the Franco Prussian War were replicated by a local baker and enjoyed by all.
